Bedtime Tea
A calming tea to help you wind down and prepare for
restful sleep.
**Ingredients:**
1 teaspoon dried
chamomile (relaxes nerves and calms the mind)
1/2 teaspoon lavender
buds (eases anxiety and promotes sleep)
1 slice of fresh ginger
(soothes digestion and relaxes the body)
1 teaspoon honey
(natural sweetener and throat soother)
1 cup boiling water
Optional: 1 slice of lemon or a dash of
cinnamon
**Instructions:**
1. In a teapot or mug, add chamomile, lavender, and
ginger.
2. Pour over boiling water.
3. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
4. Strain (if using loose herbs), then stir in
honey.
5. Sip slowly and breathe deeply before bed.

Tip: Prepare your tea as part of your nightly wind-down—dim the lights, play
soft worship music, and end the day gently in God’s presence.
