Cooking from the Pantry - Wednesday Night

Tonight's Sponsors are Ingredients from my pantry.

Fresh Chicken Breast - cut in strips, lightly coated with corn starch and fried in Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Served with Sugar Free Spicy Orange Marmalade



 Herb de Provence Roasted Red Potatoes 



 Fresh Green Beans with Shredded Carrots steam 

in a little low sodium Chicken Broth
