Ingredients

2 cups hummus, store bought

3 tomato(es), Roma

8 stalks celery, medium

4 carrot(s), large

1 pepper(s), bell, red, or yellow or green, large

1 cucumber(s), large

parsley, as garnish

sundried tomatoes, optional as garnish
Preparation

Cut and peel vegetables as desired and serve with prepared hummus. Optional garnish ideas for hummus - chopped sundried tomatoes, chopped parsley, toasted walnuts or pine nuts, chopped olives.
